Descon Technical Institute’s vision is to enable young men and women from the underprivileged sectors of our society to make a decent living. We want to give them hope, enable them to fulfil their dreams and further build their aspirations. Our mission is skills for livelihood. Our aim is to develop the skills that our industry lacks. The country has millions of young people who do not have opportunities to build their skills. We have an industry that suffers because of lack of a skills. Herein lies our goal; bridging that gap
